EMCH 516 - Control Theory in Mechanical Engineering

Credits: 3

An introduction to closed-loop control systems; development of concepts, including transfer function, feedback, frequency response, and system stability by examples taken from mechanical engineering practice; control system design methods. Also an introduction to programmable logic controllers (PLCs).

Prerequisites: MATH 242, EMCH 330
